14pt;\">8.3\u003C/span>\u003Cspan style=\"min-height: 14pt; font-size: 14pt;\">、乙方应当对其所知悉的商业秘密承担保密的义务，并在解除或者终止本协议两年后不得从事网络视频主播业务，如违反上述之内容，乙方除承担由此给甲方造成的经济损失，还应当返还甲方前期培训费用并支付甲方违约金\u003C/span>\u003Cspan 14pt;\">本协议未尽事项，甲乙双方可依据有关法律法规之规定，自行达成书面补充协议，本协议的附件和补充协议作为本协议不可分割的组成部分，与本协议具有同等法律效力。\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\u003Cp style=\"text-indent: 28.1pt;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: bold; min-height: 14pt;
