MicroBT Connects the Overseas Contract Closed Loop

Company Introduction

Shenzhen Bit Micro Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., also known as MicroBT, was founded in 2016. The company focuses on computer hardware and software, integrated circuit R&D and sales, chip design, network technology, trade, and import and export services.

MicroBT is known for its high-performance computing hardware brand WhatsMiner and serves customers across overseas markets.

Business Challenges

MicroBT’s overseas sales contracts previously relied on cross-border mailing, printing, stamping, registration, overseas delivery, and return delivery. This created long cycles and high operating costs.

The company also needed to support different signing habits and compliance requirements across regions:

• European and U.S. customers often expected email signing, passcode verification, email-based confirmation, and image seal use.
• Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan scenarios required real-name authentication, signing willingness confirmation, and electronic seal support.
• Confidential documents needed local storage and a process where documents did not leave the local environment.
• Contract status had to synchronize with OA, CRM, Kingdee Cloud Cosmic, and other internal systems.

MicroBT needed a signing solution that could support overseas customer experience, local document control, and system integration at the same time.

Solution & Results

MicroBT introduced eSign.AI’s overseas electronic signing solution and integrated it with OA, CRM, and Kingdee Cloud Cosmic. Through API integration and status callbacks, contract initiation, customer signing, internal review, and archive updates can be connected as a closed loop.

The solution supports dedicated cloud deployment, local storage, signer authentication, online signing, evidence preservation, blockchain evidence, and signing reports. It enables different signing flows for overseas customers and Greater China counterparties while keeping sensitive documents under controlled storage.

Application Impact

MicroBT increased average signing efficiency by 300%, saved 7 to 14 days per electronic contract, and reduced annual direct costs by approximately RMB 400,000.

The integrated signing workflow improves overseas customer contracting, reduces logistics and printing costs, and strengthens confidentiality, evidence retention, and system-level contract traceability.
