Yonyou Indonesia Partner Summit 2026, Jakarta, where eSign.AI is meeting ERP and integration partners

On 20 October 2026, eSign.AI is joining the Yonyou Indonesia Partner Summit 2026 in Jakarta, meeting ERP partners, system integrators, technology providers and Indonesian businesses working out how digital signature, identity verification, e-Meterai and AI contract management fit into the systems they already run.

The partnership question behind the summit

The summit is built around a question Indonesian partners ask directly: how do you add a compliant signature capability to an existing enterprise stack without rebuilding the stack? Most Indonesian businesses already run commercial operations through ERP platforms, and every agreement that leaves those platforms needs a signature Indonesian law recognises, a stamp where the value triggers one, and an evidence trail that survives a dispute.

Building that in-house is slow and expensive, and doing it once per partner is worse. The model that works is integration: the signature layer plugs into the ERP workflow, so a purchase order, a distributor agreement or a financing document is signed, stamped and archived without leaving the system that created it.

What Indonesian compliance actually requires

Three separate rules apply, and they are often conflated. Electronic signatures are recognised under Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions, as amended by Law No. 19 of 2016. Certified signatures must come through a Penyelenggara Sertifikasi Elektronik (PSrE) registered with the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs. Stamp duty runs on its own track: Law No. 10 of 2020 sets a flat Rp 10,000 per taxable document, with documents stating an amount above Rp 5,000,000 the ones most often caught, and e-Meterai carries the same legal weight as a paper stamp.

Layered on top is the Personal Data Protection Law, Law No. 27 of 2022, in force since 17 October 2022 with its transition period closed on 17 October 2024. Every signer identity in the workflow is personal data under that law, which makes the audit trail a compliance artefact rather than a technical log.

What eSign.AI brings to the partnership

For partners, the value is that the compliance work is already done. Identity verification, e-Meterai placement, PSrE-backed certificates and tamper-evident sealing sit behind a single integration, and AI contract features such as clause review, obligation tracking and risk flagging run on the same documents rather than in a separate store.

eSign.AI's trust services are used by organisations in more than 100 countries and regions. For Indonesian partners serving clients with regional operations, that reach matters: the same integration can support an agreement that has to satisfy Indonesian, Singaporean and Hong Kong expectations at once.

Where to follow up

Partners who want to see what the integration looks like can start with our breakdown of Indonesia's PSrE framework, or reach out to walk through a specific document flow.
