APAC identity verification — Singpass, iAM Smart, MyKad, CCCD — is not natively supported. The bulk send feature exists but lacks campaign-level tracking, conditional routing, and the scale required for multi-country supplier onboarding. API pricing operates on a per-envelope model; at high volume, the cumulative per-envelope cost erodes the initial per-user pricing advantage. Multi-workspace governance is absent — there is no way to isolate templates, billing, and user permissions across regional business units, which becomes a compliance and administrative problem for multinational teams.

Completed documents can be exported as PDFs with SignNow's audit trail pages attached. Templates can be reconstructed in the new platform, often with higher customization — conditional fields, signing order, and multi-language placeholders. Contact lists export via CSV. SignNow's Stripe payment integration is not portable, but the signing workflows themselves are platform-agnostic.

API integrations must be rewritten against the new provider's endpoints. In-progress signature requests cannot be migrated mid-flow; schedule a transition window where new requests go to the new platform while existing SignNow requests complete naturally. If SignNow's payment collection feature was used, you will need an alternative payment integration path. User permission structures need to be designed for the new platform's governance model — especially if moving to a multi-workspace architecture.
